Ikhfa Shafawi
When Meem Sakinah is followed by ب, it is hidden with nasalization and lips lightly closed.

تَرْمِيهِمْ بِحِجَارَةٍtarmeehim-bi-hijaarah
Idgham Shafawi (Mithlain)
When Meem Sakinah is followed by another Meem, the two merge into one with nasalization.
م
لَهُمْ مَاlahum-maa
Izhar Shafawi
When Meem Sakinah is followed by any letter other than ب or م, it is pronounced clearly with the lips closed.
أَنْعَمْتَan'amta
